This policy defines what constitutes spam on our platform and outlines the consequences of violating these rules. This policy applies to all users, accounts, and content generated on our platform.

- Artificial Engagement: Creating fake accounts, using bots, or purchasing engagement to manipulate platform metrics, likes, shares, or search rankings.
- Phishing and Scams: Distributing content designed to trick users into revealing sensitive information, downloading malware, or participating in fraudulent financial schemes.
- Repetitive Posting: Posting the same or substantially similar content, links, or comments repeatedly across forums, direct messages, or public spaces.
- Affiliate Link Stuffing: Posting high volumes of affiliate links, tracking URLs, or landing pages solely for financial gain without providing unique value.
- Data Scraping: Automatically collecting user email addresses, phone numbers, or profile data to build contact lists for unsolicited marketing.
3. Compliance with Legal Standards
All commercial communications sent through or facilitated by our platform must comply with applicable regional laws, including:
- CAN-SPAM Act (US): Messages must include a valid physical address, a clear opt-out mechanism, and accurate routing information.
- CASL (Canada): Prior explicit or implied consent is strictly required before sending commercial electronic messages.
- GDPR & ePrivacy Directive (EU): Explicit consent is required for marketing communications, and users retain the right to be forgotten.
4. Enforcement and Penalties
We use a combination of automated detection systems and human review to identify policy violations. If we determine that a user or account has violated this policy, we reserve the right to take immediate action, including:
- Reducing the visibility or reach of the offending content.
- Removing the violating content permanently.
- Restricting account features (e.g., blocking the ability to send messages or post comments).
- Suspending or permanently terminating the offending account without notice.
