• Repetitive Posting: Posting the same or substantially similar content, links, or comments repeatedly across forums, direct messages, or public spaces.
• Affiliate Link Stuffing: Posting high volumes of affiliate links, tracking URLs, or landing pages solely for financial gain without providing unique value.
• Data Scraping: Automatically collecting user email addresses, phone numbers, or profile data to build contact lists for unsolicited marketing.

3. Compliance with Legal Standards

All commercial communications sent through or facilitated by our platform must comply with applicable regional laws, including:

• CAN-SPAM Act (US): Messages must include a valid physical address, a clear opt-out mechanism, and accurate routing information.
• CASL (Canada): Prior explicit or implied consent is strictly required before sending commercial electronic messages.
• GDPR & ePrivacy Directive (EU): Explicit consent is required for marketing communications, and users retain the right to be forgotten.

4. Enforcement and Penalties
