Britton Jensen
Britton has spent his entire career in Mergers & Acquisitions. He started as an M&A Intern while pursuing an undergraduate degree and has climbed the ranks gaining experience in every facet of the M&A process.
This experience, combined with a financial background earned through his time as a Senior Financial Analyst for HCA Healthcare, his MBA from Southern Utah University, and his Bachelor’s in Finance from Brigham Young University – Idaho has made him a strong asset to those seeking a knowledgeable finance professional on their side.
Outside of the office, you can often find Britton spending time with his wife and four kids enjoying the Rockies while fly fishing, hiking, or paddle boarding.

Monte Jensen
Monte is a seasoned financial services executive bringing over two decades of Capital Management, Financial Strategy, and Regulatory Compliance experience from American Express.
His deep experience managing complex regulatory environments and large-scale business operations, combined with his MBA from Brigham Young University, provides him with valuable insights into financial due diligence, legal compliance, and transaction structuring for business acquisitions.
Outside of the office, you’ll often find Monte traveling abroad with his wife, or at local parks and splash pads with his five grandchildren.
